tranquil and peaceful
Jonathan's place is so tranquil and peaceful.I loved waking up the sounds of nature and the ducks in the creek behind the house.The space is so nicely appointed with furnishings that fit the space perfectly.I was in the area to visit my son in Santa Cruz and to help him get settled for the upcoming term at UCSC, so most of my time was spent down in Santa Cruz, but it was so nice to retreat to The Hideaway for much needed rest.My first night, there was a brief power outage and I had returned to The Hideaway well past 10 p.m. Leianne and Jonathan came out to greet me with lights in hand to keep in my space. They were always responsive and helpful with anything I needed. I loved that they allow for pets which was an added bonus for me so that my son and his service dog in traing could come and hang out with me.I only wish I was able to spend more time at The Hideaway during my time in the area, but will certainly look to return when I am in the area again.

Me and my partner had a wonderful time at this hideaway! Jonathan was quick with his responses and the surrounding area was beautiful, would definitely visit again!
a little slice of paradise
Our stay at Jonathan and Leianne’s place was absolutely wonderful! We booked it to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and it truly felt like a little slice of paradise. The soothing sound of the creek, the birds, and the gentle breeze created the perfect atmosphere. Jonathan and Leianne were incredibly responsive, helpful, and kind throughout our stay. The space was spotless and well-organized, far exceeding our expectations. We’re so grateful and couldn’t be happier with our experience. I would gladly return! Thank you both, and thank you, nature!

We had a really great stay! I couldn't recommend this space more. It was very peaceful. We were visiting Santa Cruz for the weekend and this home provided a nice, quiet place to return to that was close enough to Santa Cruz.

Had an amazing time in Boulder Creek! The property is situated in a perfect spot for anyone looking for a peaceful place to enjoy nature. Very attentive and helpful hosts, would recommend to anyone staying near Santa Cruz!
