Elopements at Redwood River Stays

An intimate, nature-forward setting for couples who want to celebrate simply, beautifully, and without excess.

We offer a peaceful forest retreat designed for small, meaningful elopements. Our space is ideal for couples seeking a relaxed gathering surrounded by nature, with just their closest people present.

What’s Included

10 hours of venue access
Enjoy exclusive use of the Hideaway from 10:00am to 8:00pm, giving you plenty of time for setup, your ceremony, photos, and a leisurely celebration.

Pricing
$500 total for elopement venue use.

Guest capacity
Up to 20 guests total, including the guests in the overnight stay.

Outdoor gathering space
Your elopement includes access to our large outdoor deck, featuring:

• Dining table seating for 6

• A cozy 2-person bistro table and chairs

• Patio seating for two

Furniture can be rearranged with advance notice. Additional outdoor furniture may be discussed, subject to availability.

Food, Drinks & Music

Food & beverages
Light food and refreshments are welcome. Hard liquor is not permitted. A single champagne toast is allowed.

Music
Light amplified music is permitted during venue hours, provided it remains contained to the deck area and is not audible beyond it. This allows us to maintain the calm, natural atmosphere of the surrounding neighborhood.

Parking & Neighborhood Considerations

• On-site parking is limited to 4 vehicles maximum.

• Due to our small residential street, additional neighborhood parking is not allowed.

• Guests should plan to carpool from a nearby off-site location if needed.

Decor & Atmosphere

We encourage simple, thoughtful décor that complements the natural surroundings.

• Décor must be freestanding and non-damaging

• No open flames, sparklers, fireworks, confetti, or glitter

• All décor and personal items must be removed at the end of your event

A Thoughtful, Respectful Setting

We are located in a quiet residential area and is intended for peaceful gatherings. We ask all couples, guests, and vendors to be mindful of neighbors, respect the property, and remain within designated event areas. Smoking and illegal substances are not permitted on the property.
